The Air-Operated Grease Lubricator S487 is a premium-grade pneumatic grease pump system engineered for high-volume industrial applications. This professional-grade unit features a robust 30kg capacity and delivers an impressive flow rate of up to 1.4 kg/min, ensuring efficient lubrication operations. The system comes equipped with a 10-foot high-pressure hose and a 360-degree swivel grease gun, facilitating access to challenging locations. Compatible with NLGI #00-2 grade greases, the unit is mounted on a mobile band-type dolly with four casters for enhanced portability. Available in three models (S487, T487, and V487) with varying pressure ratios (45:1, 50:1, and 60:1 respectively), this lubricator is ideal for automotive, marine, aircraft, and industrial machinery maintenance. Optional follower plates are available to optimize grease flow and maintain clean operation.
